By purchasing the novel, Secrets of the Carsarians and The Anthology & Poetic Musings and/or The Mask Trilogy (collectively, the “Game Collection Materials”), you (or “participant”, “your”) acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions:

• The Game is open to participants 13 years old and older, although it is intended be enjoyed by mid-teens, young adults and older participants. You agree that you are 13 years old or older and that if you are not yet 18 years old, that your legal guardian has reviewed and has agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

• You agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and laws applicable to the Game.

• After you have purchased the Game Collection Materials, and have found Greater Clue 1, you will be able to register for an account (the “Account”) at www.themasktrilogy.com. [If you access the Game (through a third party platform like Apple or Google and/or a social site like Facebook), you are obligated to comply with their terms of service in addition to our Terms and Conditions.]

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you are properly linked to The Mask Trilogy website. The software included in The Mask Trilogy Website is licensed, not sold, to you for use only pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and only in connection with your use of The Mask Trilogy Website. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a non-exclusive, personal, limited, revocable, nontransferable license to use The Mask Trilogy Website on compatible devices that you own or control for your personal, entertainment use. This includes the right to download and use software that we may make available for download as part of The Mask Trilogy Website, in object code form only. You agree not to violate any applicable law, rule, ordinance or regulation, including trespass, and you agree not to encourage any other individuals to do so. We disclaim any and all liability related to any property damage, personal injury, or death that may occur during your playing of the Game or search for the Mask.
