The Mask Trilogy Adventure Game
This is not a video game. It is an old-fashioned armchair' treasure hunt. The “treasure” is the location of the death mask of Saint Francis of Assisi, as portrayed in the novel, Secrets of the Carsarians.
You do not need to go to the location to find it. If you want to go to the location, it is up to you. If you do find it, you will become a Gold Maskateer and receive a digital key to unlock the next level of the game. There is no limit to how many people can find the location mask.
Read the Story
In the novel, Secrets of the Carsarians, are Five Master Keys, which will help guide you in playing The Mask Trilogy Adventure Game. If you can find these Four Master Keys embedded within the book, it will make it easier to find the Lesser Clues. If you do not find the Four Master Keys, you can still find the Lesser Clues, but it will not be as easy.
The Lesser Clues will guide you to the Greater Clues which can be found in the two books; Secrets of the Carsarians and The Anthology and Poetic Musings.
Uncover the clues
Most of the photographs in The Anthology and Poetic Musings contain Lesser Clues, but you will need to look closely at each photograph. Some of the clues are obvious and some are not so obvious.
Most of the Poetic Musings, on the adjacent page to each photograph, also contain Lesser Clues, but you will need to use all of your skills to find them.
The Lesser Clues are critical to finding the Greater Clues, which are needed to find the location of the mask.

It’s important that The Mask Trilogy Adventure Game be played “sequentially”
All of the Lesser Clues can be found in the novel Secrets of the Carsarians, and in the photographs in The Anthology and Poetic Musings.
Bonus Clues can be found in The Companion book and in some maps, logos, and renderings. Look at everything associated with the Mask Trilogy and you may find some of these bonus clues. Submit your guesses on the clue page to see if you’re correct.
